These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Song Card Studios website, services, and products. By placing an order or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Song Card Studios creates custom songs, e-cards, printed greeting cards, and related digital or physical products based on details you provide.
2. Ordering Process
Orders are placed via our website or designated order form.
You must provide accurate and complete information for us to fulfill your order.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
3. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours from approval to proceed.
The clock begins after you approve one of the two short audio samples we send.
Printed products require an additional 7-day window for production and shipping (starting after final product approval).
4. Change Orders
Each order includes one free change after delivery.
Additional changes are subject to a $20 fee per change and may affect turnaround time.
Song Card Studios reserves the right to decline change requests that compromise quality or violate our creative standards.
5. Delivery of Products
Digital products are delivered via email and/or download link.
Printed greeting cards are shipped via postal service to the address you provide.
Song download links remain active for 12 months from delivery date.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
All songs created by Song Card Studios remain the sole property of Song Card Studios.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use, share, and play the song for private purposes.
Songs may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Song Card Studios reserves the right to feature anonymized excerpts of created works for promotional purposes.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.
9. Customer Content & Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you submit (lyrics, stories, images) do not infringe on copyrights or the rights of others.
You grant Song Card Studios the right to adapt and incorporate your submitted content into your custom product.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
11. Privacy
Your personal and payment information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at: www.songcardstudios.com/privacy
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
